A new bill has been introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives called the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645. This bill if passed into law will direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish national emergency centers otherwise known as FEMA camp facilities on military installations. This is an incredibly disturbing piece of legislation considering that the powers that be have already set in motion an agenda to setup a nationwide marital law apparatus through U.S. Northern Command and the Department of Homeland Security.

During two days of talks this week in Beijing between the two countries on maritime issues, Senior Chinese officials demanded the United States to end military surveillance operations in the region.

Though failed Presidential candidate John McCain (R-AZ) says the big problem is that they should only worry about the military aspect and not focus on the Hate Crimes Bill by putting it in this Bill, remember he is also a New World Order puppet. Here he is deflecting the real reason why the Democrat-controlled Congress is trying to stick this controversial Bill in this military Bill. The real issues are that H.R.1913 contains such Orwellian laws as Thought Crime, Preventive Detention, banning all speech that contradicts or questions the mandates and abilities of government, and 'internet 2'. This is the real reason the the so called Hate Crimes bill (In the US House officially titled H.R. 1913, or the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009
is being snuck into this military Bill.

H.R. 1913 is so controversial it couldn't become a passable Bill on its own legs. Like many of the draconian laws passed to steal our rights or to harm the people they name Bills something that no one in his right mind would object to or they make it sound patriotic so no one could possibly object (think Patriot Act here). What most people do not fathom is that government and their controllers hate everyone but themselves. government is not your friend. I said government is not your friend, okay. Why do you think they picked on Iraq and flirted with North Korea and not a country such as Pakistan or Russia? Bush and the Neo-Con's were the puppet versions (and eventual fall-guys to usher in the Utopia King Obama) of frat guys bragging over beers about how tough they were and to prove a point they had to kick sand in the face a a crippled man lying on the ground.
Yes, Iraq was a crippled old man lying on the ground thanks to the sanctions of holocaust dimensions imposed by father George H. W. Bush back in 1990 after American Diplomat April Glaspie duplicitously tricked and baited CIA asset and thickheaded thug Saddam Hussein into invading Kuwait. Hussein invaded Kuwait which inevitably led to the First Gulf War. (Recall all wars are started by the New World Order bankster-elites and they fund all sides of all wars as they see fit.)
Father Bush's War had more shock and awe than W's infamous initial assault officially called "Shock and Awe". Hundreds or sorties bombed Iraq back into the stone age in the short war. And CNN spawned the next generation of 24-hour-a-day spinmeisters in that miserable little man Wolf Blitzer who ought be shot for treason in further stirring up our nation with his propagandist ways. One notable example was he attempted to spin the idea that a baby food factory was in reality a weapons factory in Iraq, when it was later proven to be a propaganda piece to no doubt further his career and instigate the typical reactionary shallow patriotism many Americans felt.
As elder Bush the Wuss' final exclamation point in the first Gulf War he imposed sanctions so Draconian upon the citizens of Iraq that are still felt to this day. Essentially another holocaust amongst many that go under-reported.
Boy George and the boys went in to bully the downtrodden Iraqis. And to start the useless and cash sucking "War on Terror" under false pretenses. Despite his being out of the Presidency he can still be impeached and needs to be. The Messianic Puppet will not do this, of course. It would cause a major zit on his unblemished outer profile. Regardless Bush and the Neo-con cronies should be arrested and imprisoned for War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity. Again, this won't happen unless the New World Order gives their blessing. I ain't waiting with bated breath on either account.
Bush & the Boys and toyed with North Korean pre-emptive attacked. Did Hitler pre-emptively attack Poland. Is that the new catch phrase for staring a war against another country, now? Of course Bush and his trigger happy mates Dick Cheney and Don Rumsfeld (and Condi too!) were itching for a new Pearl Harbor as subscribers to the thought of Project for a New America Century (PNAC). A NWO that no longer must slither in shadows and alleys like the reptilian vermin they truly are. He will be the bridge to burdening the world with a One World Order of Armageddon proportions.
While the Bushies liked to pick on weaker countries and have the media whip up a frenzy of how dangerous the enemy of the day was the Obama regime's handlers and groomers and especially the creators of this vapid god know damn well how much the Brzezinski lemmings would love to go down in a mushroom cloud as they pick on countries quite capable of either global nuclear war or those these countries side with.
We are of course talking mainly Russia, China, and Pakistan. Zbiggy thinks he is playing Russia and China off of each other through Africa and now Afghanistan (why did you think the troops were leaving much of Iraq and going to Afghanistan. Russia is aiding the Afghans and this geopolitically sensitive area is a landmine for putting a potential oil pipeline though much of Afghanistan.
You may wonder what about all this green energy and the Cap and Trade taxes.
